The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Dhanalaxmi Tech or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The Dhanalaxmi Tech name and monogram are our trademarks.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, or derivative works — requires our prior written consent.

References to third-party platforms (including Binance, Polymarket, Kalshi, ETF issuers, and prediction-market operators) are made solely for descriptive purposes. All such names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Dhanalaxmi Tech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these entities.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
